Kicked Up Keto Tomato Bisque Bone Broth


Rich, thick, tastey source of bone broth, and fats.

Rich and luxurious, 50% home made bone broth by volume
Extremely nutriotional ketosis friendly, low protein and low carb, high fat.

A dollop of creme fresh/sour cream or even kefir in the center is the perfect service

Recipe:


  1. In a large pot, add chopped shallots, olive oil and butter, saute shallots until translucent
  2. Add in fresh or one can of tomatoes, use best quality you can find, chop roughly first
  3. Add salt, herbs, and some cracked black pepper
  4. Simmer with lid on, medium low heat, for a good 40 minutes
  5. Add 4 cups of home made chicken bone broth, Heavy Cream, half cup of quality sour cream
  6. Blend with wand blender in pot, or in blender or food processor
  7. Add 2 oz of grated parm
  8. Blend again
  9. Warm up and serve, yield 8 servings
  10. In the center of each bowl add a dollop of quality sour cream or kefir as shown in the photo
  11. Sprinkle sour cream with fresh herbs used in recipe
